Parent Advisory Committee
The Parent Advisory Committee is a group of parent representatives from the Homer Community School District. Our primary responsibility is to represent parents when discussing educational issues at the district level.
Goal
To be the parent voice at the school level, advising on any matter relevant to the school. Represents the collective views of parents in the Homer Community School District
Mission
To provide a means of two-way communication between parents and the school.
To serve in an advisory capacity to Homer School Staff.
To assist in promoting school pride.
To identify and cultivate support for the school.
To assist in promoting staff appreciation for the Homer Community School.
Meeting Dates
August 26, October 28, December 16, February 24, April 28
The first meeting will begin at 7:00pm in the Lunch Room. Subsequent meeting times and locations to be determined.
